1. Course Enrollment

By enrolling in our "Build Your First Website" course, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the learning process. Course materials and equipment are provided for use during the course period only.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required before course commencement. We offer weekly payment plans (£45/week for 4 weeks) or upfront payment (£160) with potential cashback incentives. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. If you miss a session, recordings and catch-up support are available. The £10 cashback guarantee requires perfect attendance and full engagement throughout the course.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including code examples and tutorials, are provided for educational purposes. You retain ownership of websites you create during the course. Course materials may not be redistributed without permission.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 48 hours of course commencement if you are not satisfied. After this period, we offer the opportunity to retake the course for half price instead of monetary refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee you'll have a live website by course completion, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or website performance. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
